Accommodation is distributed across three categories: Classique rooms, furnished in warm heritage tones with views over the city or courtyard; Supérieure rooms, larger with enhanced furnishings and superior positioning; and Suites, which occupy the most architecturally characterful spaces in the seven buildings, some featuring exposed oak beams, mezzanine sleeping levels, or access to private terrace areas. All rooms include luxury bath amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso machines, and individually considered décor that avoids the standardised look common to chain hotels.

La Cristallerie, the hotel's fine dining restaurant, holds Michelin recognition and a position in the Gault & Millau Luxembourg guide, serving a refined Franco-Luxembourgish menu built around seasonal produce and an extensive cellar covering Luxembourgish Moselle appellations and French classics.
