Cheyenne, Casper, and Laramie have solid local bar scenes, particularly during Frontier Days (Cheyenne) and the University of Wyoming academic year (Laramie). Cody offers Western-themed saloons and nightly entertainment in summer. Most rural Wyoming towns have a single bar that serves as the social hub.
